Pieper-Olson Veterinary Hospital — Establishment and veterinary care at 730 Randolph Road, Middletown, Connecticut.

I was referred to Dr. Albin when I was trying to find a suitable exotic vet to neuter my guinea pig. It was over a two over drive from Massachusetts but entirely worth it. When I first arrived it was super busy and I was still greeted and brought back to check in. All the staff was exceptionally nice, especially the "guinea pig whisperer".
I could not be more impressed with Dr. Albin though, from the moment he first walked in the door I had a good feeling about him. He was extremely patient and walked me through the whole procedure allowing time for all my questions.
As for the neuter it went wonderfully, I was sent home with antibiotics (didn't get pain meds but we never needed them). When I did have a concern over the incision they managed to squeeze me in. I even made a mistake of when I would arrive and when I called to tell them I would be late, they still found of way for me to get seen. Thankfully, nothing was wrong and I was just being worried but I am still very appreciative of their and Dr. Albins flexibility.
For anyone looking for an exotic vet I highly recommend Pieper-Olson.
