Church of the Holy Trinity — Establishment and church at 381 Main Street, Middletown, Connecticut.

I checked the web and found that summer services are at 9:00 a.m. So I drove 26 miles and arrived at 9:00 to find the building locked tighter than a drum. The sign on the building said that services were at 9:00 a.m. The sign in front said that services were at 8 & 10. Well no one was there following an 8 services, obviously and for personal reasons I couldn't gamble and wait around until 10, so I drove 26 miles back.
In Old Saybrook Grace Church has no sign in front identifying it as of any denomination and no hours are posted either. Of course I could go to a website if I had access at the time to a computer, or I could call or do something else. But I did check the website for Holy Trinity and got stood up.
Makes me feel foolish. Makes me feel sad.
